Tarragon Greyhound

3 stems tarragon

1 Tbsp maple syrup

3 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

1.5 ounces Angel Fire Vodka

Himalayan Salt for rim


  1. Salt the rim of a cocktail tumbler. 

  2. Muddle the tarragon and maple syrup in a martini shaker until the herb is well muddled and a green syrup has formed. 

  3. Add the vodka and grapefruit juice and some ice. 

  4. Shake, then using the strainer, pour the contents into the salted tumbler over ice. 

  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of tarragon.
